Positions We’re Hiring
Mobile Diesel Mechanic / Diesel Fitter
- Qualified heavy diesel technician
- Experience with trucks, earthmoving or material handling equipment
- HR licence preferred (not essential)
- AC, hydraulic or auto electrical experience is a bonus
Auto Electrician / AC Technician
- Mobile auto electrical and AC diagnostics
- Heavy vehicle, machinery or fleet background preferred
- 12V/24V, CAN bus, climate systems, alternators, starters
Apprentice Diesel Fitter (2nd–4th Year)
- We take 2nd to 4th year apprentices
- Must be reliable, switched on and willing to work in the field
- Not workshop-based — real breakdowns, real servicing, real responsibility
NFrom compact site units to large industrial backup systems, we deliver reliable repairs and servicing for all makes and models.
What You’ll Need
- Diesel trade qualification or apprenticeship (2nd–4th year)
- Strong work ethic — no shortcuts, no excuses
- Ability to work independently and diagnose in the field
- Current driver’s licence (HR ideal but not required)
- Respect for the trade and the customer
What You’ll Be Doing
- Field service and breakdown call-outs
- Logbook servicing and preventative maintenance
- Engine, hydraulic, electrical and AC system diagnostics
- Working independently on customer sites across SEQ
- Representing BHS professionally with pride in your work
